Do you accept Insurance?
We do not accept insurance for our recovery coaching services. This decision is rooted in both ethical practice and evidence-based research. Studies have shown that individuals who invest directly in their own recovery are more engaged, committed, and likely to experience lasting positive outcomes. By choosing to pay for services out of pocket, clients often feel a stronger sense of ownership in the process, which can lead to more meaningful progress and personal empowerment. Payment Options:
After your initial free discovery call we will go over what type of plan may work best for you. I offer packages or single sessions. There is a discount for booking packages. Payment can be made via Stripe. Details will be provided upon booking.

Cancellation Policy:
I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or reschedules. This time is reserved specifically for you, and short-notice changes prevent us from offering that spot to someone else who may need it. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance will result in a missed appointment fee, as stated in your contract. No-shows or repeated last-minute cancellations may result in discontinuation of services. We respect your time and your cooperation ensures that we can continue to provide consistent, quality support to all clients.
